In our second crack at our first episode we delve into a bit about ourselves (the stuff we left out) and our journey in the wide world of hospitality. Between us we have over 60 years in the industry (but don’t remind us!) and thought we should tell you all a bit about how we got to where we are and why we wanted to do a podcast.

We also share our own moments of success, failure, recovery, genius and what the actual fuck…questions we’ll also pose to our upcoming guests. There may even be a few cheeky beers…
